Every booking is reconfirmed 48 hours in advance. Your chauffeur's name and direct contact are sent to you ahead of departure, alongside our dedicated line for anything you may need at any hour.

We Follow Your Flight, Not a Clock

Flights, trains and cruise arrivals are monitored in real time. Your chauffeur adjusts automatically, so there is never a question of whether someone is waiting. They always are.

No Unnecessary Steps on Arrival

Your vehicle is positioned in a reserved zone for immediate boarding. No walking through crowds, no waiting in exposed areas. From the moment you exit, the journey has already begun.

Airport Assistance, If You Need It

Fast Track immigration, premium lounge access and personal assistance through the terminal are arranged on request. Every arrival and departure handled with the care your guests deserve.

A Welcome That Feels Personal

We provide private chauffeur services primarily in Madrid and Barcelona, covering city transfers, airports, train stations, hotels, restaurants, corporate venues, trade fairs, events, and inter-city journeys. We also operate throughout Spain upon request, including the Costa Brava, Costa Dorada, Sitges, Toledo, Seville, and beyond.

What vehicles do you use?

Our fleet consists exclusively of premium Mercedes-Benz vehicles: the S-Class, V-Class, and the fully electric EQS. Every vehicle is maintained to the highest standard, offering comfort, a professional image, and ample space for individual passengers and small groups. The EQS is available on request for clients seeking a silent, zero-emissions journey without compromise on refinement.

Do you offer hourly or full-day retainer service?

Yes. A private retainer places your chauffeur and vehicle at your exclusive disposition for the duration you require, whether for consecutive meetings, multi-stop days, private shopping or full itinerary flexibility. A minimum of two hours applies, with each hour including up to 25 km of travel. Full-day and multi-day arrangements are available, and are particularly popular with corporate clients, international delegations, and private travellers.

Do your chauffeurs speak English?

Yes. English-speaking chauffeurs are available, as well as drivers with proficiency in other languages upon request. We recommend specifying your preference at the time of booking so we can assign the most suitable chauffeur for your journey.

We are a travel agency or DMC. How do we work with you?

We maintain dedicated trade accounts for travel designers, DMCs, and corporate travel teams. This gives you a direct line, consolidated invoicing, and a single point of contact who knows your clients and your operating preferences. How can I make changes to my booking?

For any changes to date, time, pick-up location or vehicle, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email at info@theblackgloves.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Will my driver wait if my flight is delayed?

Yes. All airport transfers include real-time flight tracking. Your chauffeur's schedule is automatically adjusted to reflect your actual landing time, including delays or early arrivals, at no additional charge within the complimentary one-hour wait time.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during peak periods such as trade fairs, congresses, sporting events, weddings, and tourist season. That said, last-minute requests are handled subject to availability, do not hesitate to reach out.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH bank transfer, and Bitcoin. All payments are arranged in advance, your chauffeur is not able to accept payment on location. Please note that we do not accept cash under any circumstances. Corporate clients may also request consolidated monthly invoicing, please contact us at info@theblackgloves.com for further details.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time are accepted at no charge. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the confirmed service are considered final and will be charged in full. To cancel or amend a booking, please contact us at info@theblackgloves.com or via WhatsApp.
