Since 2004, we have been the ground partner of choice for private individuals, family offices, luxury travel designers and corporate teams who require more than a car and a driver. We are here when it matters, the way it should be, every single time.
Twenty years ago, our founder made a decision: that private transportation in Spain deserved the same standard expected at a five-star hotel. Not a platform. Not a fleet of strangers. A single point of accountability, built on absolute discretion, flawless punctuality, and a genuine passion for the craft.
Today, The Black Gloves serves Madrid and Barcelona directly, with no intermediaries, no subcontractors and no compromise. Our clients are private individuals and family offices, luxury travel designers, North American and European DMCs, and corporate teams whose schedules leave no room for anything less than perfection.
Every client reaches us directly. Every journey is ours to own.
We track your flight and are waiting when you land, however early or late that may be. Meet and greet inside the terminal, one complimentary hour of waiting time included as standard, and a door-to-door service that asks nothing of you.
Entirely to your pace, your interests and your schedule. A licensed guide is available on request. Destinations range from Barcelona and the Costa Brava to Montserrat, Madrid, Toledo and the wine country of Penedès and La Rioja.
Whether it is a corporate dinner, a Michelin-starred evening, a private celebration or a stadium arrival, we coordinate every element of ground logistics so that your attention remains where it belongs.
Your chauffeur and vehicle at your exclusive disposition, for as long as you need them. The arrangement preferred by executives, delegations and private clients with full days and no margin for waiting.
Every member of The Black Gloves team is vetted, professionally licensed and trained to the highest standard of personal discretion. Your privacy is not a policy. It is the first condition of every engagement.
From a private party of three to a full corporate delegation, we coordinate multi-vehicle logistics across Madrid and Barcelona with a single point of contact throughout and nothing left to chance.
Every vehicle is prepared before your arrival, presented immaculately and maintained to a standard that reflects what the journey means to you. The first impression is made before you step inside.
4G connectivity throughout every journey, so your time in the vehicle remains productive or simply your own.
VOSS water and carefully chosen amenities prepared on board before you arrive. A small detail that says a great deal.
Every journey is carbon-offset as standard. Responsible luxury is not an option we offer. It is simply how we operate.
We are here at any hour, on any day. When you need us, you will find us exactly where we should be.
Every booking is reconfirmed 48 hours in advance. Your chauffeur's name and direct contact are sent to you ahead of departure, alongside our dedicated line for anything you may need at any hour.
Flights, trains and cruise arrivals are monitored in real time. Your chauffeur adjusts automatically, so there is never a question of whether someone is waiting. They always are.
Your vehicle is positioned in a reserved zone for immediate boarding. No walking through crowds, no waiting in exposed areas. From the moment you exit, the journey has already begun.
Fast Track immigration, premium lounge access and personal assistance through the terminal are arranged on request. Every arrival and departure handled with the care your guests deserve.
Your chauffeur arrives 10 to 15 minutes early with a personalised tablet displaying your guest's name, company or reservation. Visible only to them. Exactly as it should be.
Your chauffeur accompanies guests to the departure gate and confirms all personal belongings before concluding the service. Nothing is left behind, in any sense of the phrase.
Our chauffeurs carry years of local knowledge and share it when it is welcome. The restaurant worth the detour, the route that avoids the queue, the view most visitors never find.
The Mercedes EQS, EQE and EQV offer the same refinement as our flagship fleet, in complete silence. Fully electric, zero compromise. Available on request for clients who prefer it that way.
Luxury travel designers, North American and European DMCs, concierge teams and corporate travel managers choose us because the experience their guests have on the ground reflects directly on them. You send us the brief. We take care of everything from that point, with the same attention we would give any client travelling under our name.
Brief us once and we handle the rest. Reconfirmation 48 hours before every service, proactive updates, and a team that resolves things before you are even aware of them.
Every guest receives the same level of care, regardless of the size of the booking. Punctuality, discretion and genuine attentiveness are not reserved for the largest accounts. They are simply how we work.
Multi-vehicle coordination, consolidated invoicing, and a single account contact who learns your preferences over time. The longer we work together, the less you need to explain.
We provide private chauffeur services primarily in Madrid and Barcelona, covering city transfers, airports, train stations, hotels, restaurants, corporate venues, trade fairs, events, and inter-city journeys. We also operate throughout Spain upon request, including the Costa Brava, Costa Dorada, Sitges, Toledo, Seville, and beyond.
Our fleet consists exclusively of premium Mercedes-Benz vehicles: the S-Class, V-Class, and the fully electric EQS. Every vehicle is maintained to the highest standard, offering comfort, a professional image, and ample space for individual passengers and small groups. The EQS is available on request for clients seeking a silent, zero-emissions journey without compromise on refinement.
Yes. A private retainer places your chauffeur and vehicle at your exclusive disposition for the duration you require, whether for consecutive meetings, multi-stop days, private shopping or full itinerary flexibility.
